SER member Robert Doty has authored an article published this summer in The Bond Buyer (the daily trade journal of the municipal securities market) on recent aggressive municipal securities enforcement by the Securities and Exchange Commission, especially against municipal issuers and officials. The articles is titled “Expanding Municipal Securities Enforcement: Profound Changes for Issuer and Officials”.
