Allan holds an MBA and served as the compliance officer for over six years at an investment advisor firm affiliated with Independent Financial Group. Allan held Series 7, 66, and 24 securities licenses. Allan performed the daily supervision of advisors, conducted suitability assessments, participated in internal due diligence of investment strategies, including private placement investments, monitored client investment performance, and conducted all marketing reviews and approvals. Allan partnered with Genesis Forensic Consulting on several forensic consulting cases, assisting with data analysis and damages determination. Allan maintains a CFP certification.
Additionally, Allan has a background as an aircraft design engineer and was the senior lead design engineer on several large and complex projects. Allan has volunteered to conduct numerous educational classes to help people learn how to better manage their financial lives. Allan serves on several non-profit boards of directors, providing financial guidance and analysis of financial accounts.
