MEMBER HIGHLIGHT - SER member Colleen Diles will be featured in two sessions at the upcoming COCFE Fraud Conference, October 23-24, 2025. On the first day, she will moderate “Fraud Frontlines: Financial Crimes from the FINRA Trenches,” guiding a discussion with FINRA specialists on securities fraud, cyber-enabled schemes, and threats targeting seniors and vulnerable investors. On the second day, she will both moderate and participate in “Expert Witness Excellence: Building Credibility, Maintaining Relevance,” a panel focused on the strategies expert witnesses need to remain credible, effective, and in demand in today’s evolving environment.
Colleen is the President and Founding Principal of Diles Consulting, a firm specializing in expert witness and independent regulatory consulting services. With more than 25 years in the financial industry, including 22 years as a regulator, she helps broker-dealer and registered investment advisor clients navigate complex regulatory requirements.
Her roles at the COCFE Fraud Conference reflect both her regulatory background and her expertise as an expert witness, making her a strong voice in conversations that connect financial crime trends with professional standards of practice.
