ROUNDTABLE NEWS - SER's Practice Management Committee (PMC) hosted the fourth and final installment of the 2026 series of PMC webcasts. "Mastering the Cross Examination" featured SER members C olleen Diles (Moderator) and panel speakers Lester Brol, Paul Carroll, and Robert Jones. This session explored strategies to confidently navigate cross-examination and protect your narrative. The session covered foundational topics such as integrity of reports and demonstratives, managing the record, and preparing for voir dire. The session also addressed communication strategies: avoiding overly restrictive answers, pivoting effectively, controlling pace, and managing jargon.
