The University Club of Washington DC
A reminder that the University Club is currently requiring masks indoors regardless of vaccination status while not actively eating/drinking and that attendees practice physical distancing. You can read more about their protocols here. All attendees and speakers will be required to complete a standard liability release and Health Certification Form online each morning, confirming they are not experiencing Covid-19 symptoms and, to their knowledge, have not had exposure. The Health Certification is the same form and process that FINRA is using for their in-person hearings. Notices were sent to members September 2nd and September 10th.

Voted one of the Top Twenty Distinguished City Clubs in America, the Club is located four blocks north of the White House between L and M Streets. The excellent service provided by the professional staff make it a favorite meeting spot for members and the perfect location for business and social gatherings. In addition to overnight accommodations and fine dining, the Club offers a day spa, fitness center, indoor swimming pool and two international squash courts (more information below).
You must have a conference registration BEFORE reserving an overnight room. Rooms reserved without a conference registration will not be honored.

There are metro stops within close proximity to the Clubhouse, which makes it accessible from Reagan National Airport. Overnight valet parking is available for $40.

Cellular Telephone Policy: House Rules stipulate that cellular telephones must remain in their non-ring mode and may be used in the following areas only: Telephone room on the first floor; Trophy Room on the first floor; Second floor corridor and landing; Telephone room on the second floor; Private event rooms and guest rooms.
Dress Code Policy: Dress Code is Business Casual throughout the Clubhouse. Dress denim of a uniform color, accompanied by a collared shirt and dress shoes are allowed on the Second Floor, in The Pershing Grille, and Founders Pub, and when transiting the first floor lobby. A jacket is required in the Taft Dining Room. Members and guests staying in the overnight guest rooms may wear casual dress when arriving and departing.
Athletic Center: The Club’s Athletic Center is comprised of a fitness center, a 25’ by 60’ indoor swimming pool and two international squash courts. Please register in the Athletic Center on the lower level before you begin your work-out where there is an attendant to assist you. Athletic Center Hours of Operation: Open seven days a week 6:00am - 10:00pm. Monday - Friday (Pool closes at 9:00pm) 9:00am -7:00pm Saturday-Sunday.
Sage Day Spa: Spa appointments may be made by calling 202-787-1772. The Club’s spa offers a vast selection of body treatments that include nail care, skincare, waxing and massage therapy for men and women.
